Setup and Implementation
Let’s get you set up with Xero! Follow these steps.
1. Inquiry Completion
To get things started, please fill out the inquiry above so that we can send you information and a brief assessment to fill out!
2. Assessment Completion
Every business is unique and not everyone needs all of the same Xero features. Before we begin the Xero set up, please fill out the assessment sent to you so we can learn more about how you are currently managing your finances and learn more about how you would like to use Xero. This will provide us with enough information to create a plan coming into the consultation.
3. Free Consultation
This 30-minute consultation will allow us to further learn about your business, analyse and interpret the results from the assessment, understand your current bookkeeping system and your goals for the future. After our call, we email you a list of information we need to get started. From there, we do all the work.
4. Xero Setup
Your Xero setup will be configured to meet your organization’s needs and help you achieve your business goals. We want to minimize your workload and stress, and we want to help you maintain clear control over your business finances. This step typically takes around two weeks from the time we receive your information.
5. Implementation Training & Advising
After we have set up Xero, we will provide you with one-on-one training sessions. Our team will show you how to make the most of the tools and features that are relevant to your business. You will discover how you can utilize the powerful features of Xero. Our team will provide ongoing advice and training, as needed.
